Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all original labels and protective packaging are included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
